Chef /Cook & Waiting staff for Boutique Hotel, Ronda, Spain

We require an experienced cook / chef to take charge of the kitchen in our new Boutique hotel to open soon in a beautiful village close to Ronda.

We seek someone interested and able to cook Modern Andalusian cusine for our 30 cover restaurant and has a good knowledge of traditional Spanish tapas which will be served all day in the bar.

A good knowledge of Spanish would be desirable.

Experienced bar and waiting staff also required. Must be able to converse in both English and Spanish.

Good accommodation will be provided.
