Junior Compliance Officer – Isle of Man

"The fiduciary services arm of this wealth management organisation is urgently seeking a Junior Compliance Officer for its Isle of Man office.

The Junior Compliance Officer assists the firms Compliance Manager and Money Laundering Reporting Officer in all compliance matters. Working across the legal, fiduciary and asset management divisions your main duties will be to apply the Anti Money Laundering policy and procedure to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, insurance requirements and group risk management policies. You will also identify cases of non-compliance and recommend and implement remedial measures. It will also be your task to ensure that client files are compliant with applicable legislation, regulations and group policies aimed at the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. Finally as Junior Compliance Officer you will work to ensure that staff are trained in relevant compliance and anti-money laundering procedures.

The successful applicant for the Junior Compliance Officer vacancy will have at least two years prior experience working in a Compliance or Regulatory enforcement position.
