Senior Account Manager - Software Solutions

Responsibilities:
•Managing accounts (is responsible to identify market opportunities and develop an account plan; manages the accounts, by maintaining an active contact)
•Participation to tenders / elaboration of commercial offers
•Contracting (Account Manager works with the Legal Advisers to elaborate the contracts or addendum to contracts for the accounts managed; gives the contract for internal review to the persons in charge for review).
•Participation to presentations / seminars (prepares the presentations/demo for potential customers, participates in the presentations and asks the Department Managers to ensure the availability of the technical staff, if necessary; participates to seminars/simposiums/ conferences organized by the company or other parties)
•Managing accounts after contract signature
• Sustain company products, services or brand on the market in any interaction with existing and potential customers;
•Coordination of technical and financial offers definition according to customer needs and specific procedures.

Requirements:

University degree ( technical or economical)
Minimum 4 years of experience in software solutions sales/marketing
Knowledge of IT market, specially software solutions
Very good negotiation abilities
Strong attention to details and strong tracking record for achieving results
Excellent interpersonal skills, communicative and with team-spirit
Native Romanian and fluent English, both spoken and written
Good knowledge on budget methodology
Problem solving person
Pro-active attitude, able to work under minium supervision
Able to work unde pressure and with close dead-lines
