As a HR Assistant, you will be working within the sales and marketing division of the Group. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide support for HR and payroll administration. Your main responsibilities will consist of :

- HR administration : payroll, follow-up of expat processes and personal files updates
- HR procedures development
- Training coordination
- Recruitment processes
- Information communication on the intranet
- Meetings, events and travels organization
- Overall administration for various HR related project
