Customer Service Executive

Our client manufactures high technology, fast moving electronics based in Gloucestershire. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Services Executive to join the Customer Services team in a role in supporting the team and External Sales Manager, reporting to the Commercial and Sales Director.

Responsibilities include negotiating and processing orders with new and existing customers, ensuring excellent communication at all times.

Candidates should have excellent communications skills and telephone manner, with administration and customer service experience in a fast-paced commercial environment. Telephone sales experience would be a distinct advantage and the determination to win orders by being pro-active. Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential in order to support the French accounts. German language skills would be an advantage. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Powerpoint, are also required.
