Assistant to Sales Manager - Danish speaking

We are looking for motivated people to join an international team as chat specialists! Your main purpose will be to assist a team of sales managers through pre-screening and qualifying processes of incoming emails, chats or similar.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Assistant role to sales manager by screening and passing on emails and chats
- Pre-qualify new potential clients
- Assist and educate all clients, potential and existing, with the basic product
- Provide enrollment instructions

Requirements:
- Sales or Customer Service Experience (1 year)
- Friendly and outspoken personality
- Danish language skills, written and spoken
- Good English knowledge essential
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
