Bilingual Technical Support Agents

Atento Argentina, Local lieder expert in contact center management, is hiring new employees for a bilingual Technical Support Campaign.

To apply to this position is a must to have a college degree, Upper intermediate / Advance English level and good command of PC tools.

The requirements for eligibility for the Technical Support position are:

- Technical Support Oriented profile.
- College degree orientated to IT careers
- 3 to 6 month experience in technical support or help desk positions (a must)
- Be able to troubleshoot us well as customer care orientated
