Our multinational client is seeking to hire a dutch and french native speaker fluent in english to occupy a position of Debt Collector that is responsable of:
Handling incoming complains and dealing with them according to complaint handling procedures efficiently.
- Responsible for the following parts of the customer ledger; outstanding claims, bad dept, stopped invoices, unidentifiable debtors.
- Advising the Customer Service in questions of customer dissatisfaction and customer ledger.
- Liaising with customer authorities and consumer organizations.
Requirements:
- High school, FP or technical degree with at least one year of work experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of customer service.
- Must be a team player and collaborator.
- Results driven.
- Able to cope with deadlines.
- Must posses good computer skills, particulary in MS Office.
What we offer:
- One year contract
- Salary: 16,000€/year
- 1,500€ in restaurant tickets
