My client is looking for a fantastic SAP Senior Systems Analyst
In your role you will be a member of the SAP Customer Relationship Management Center of Excellence team responsible for support of the Marketing processes, along with reporting tools such as SAP BW /BI (Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence).

You will participate in a cross-functional, team environment, supporting the creation and implementation of Global Design with business-specific rollouts.

Specific:
You must have excellent skills in the out-of-box capabilities of SAP CRM modules; able to use standard SAP Process Models to create business solutions. Responsible for driving a standard design across multiple business units, adhering to 80/20 design principles (80% shared & reusable components, 20% business-specific flexibility), with no customizations that would jeopardize future upgrades.

Analyze user requirements and develop user specification documentation
Translate business requirements into process and system-enabled capabilities
Design and implement the proposed technical solutions
Perform program configuration/modification and set-up activities
Organize technical testing and user acceptance validations
Follow through this process rigorously the system development methodology
Coordinate User Acceptance testing with the business users.
Coordinate training and rollout plans for new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
Prepare and follow-up project planning
Communicate on progress towards all stakeholders of the project
When working with developers or technical consultants organize their work plan and assure that the execution of their work is done in time and according to standards.

This position is located in Belgium international travel to the USA New Jersey is estimated at least once a month. Fluctuation may exist depending on the projects, assignments and tasks. Candidate must be willing and able to travel up to two consecutive weeks for various project related activities as needed.

Professional experience:
* 1 to 2 years experience as a Customer Relationship Management IT Professional, with SAP-specific experience. Previous experience with competing CRM software solutions (Such as Siebel or Salesforce.com) may be acceptable based on other qualifications.
* E-Commerce (SAP CRM Web Shop)

Familiarity with area's:
* Project management and communication skills
* SAP CRM
* Specific SAP business objects include CRM Web Shop
* Configuration SAP applications like SAP CRM business package
* Experience with design and configuration in CRM 5.0 or above is required. Experience with the ASAP implementation methodology is desired.

Knowledge an following domains is not a must but would be highly appreciated
* Integration architectures
* Web Personalisation engines
