SALES Representative for cornerstonesworld.com (m/f)

Candidates with no corporate sales experience need not apply. We are looking for partners who currently own a media/marketing/sales company or have relevant telemarketing experience and a recommendation from a credible agency. Knowing HOW to sell is key.

A quickly-growing International Business Directory aiming to bring small, medium and large businesses together, give them a chance to be noticed on the internet (without being eclipsed by big companies with marketing budgets of >100k) and allow them to do this for a low yearly fee.
We now seek a Country/City Sales Representative who could interest companies in joining the directory. This is a job any confident, respectable, ambitious and organized person can do. With a couple of clever phone calls, followed by info emails, arrange meetings with company executives and convince them of the benefits they will gain by paying the small yearly fee for a Membership and perhaps banners.

Earnings increase progressively with success:
LEVEL 1 (Sale of 1 - 20 Full Memberships per year): commission = 20% on all sales
LEVEL 2 (Sale of 21 – 100 FMs per year): commission = 30%
LEVEL 3 (Sale of 101 – 500 FMs per year): commission = 40%

1 FM costs 175 EUR per year, 30% of that is 52.50 EUR commission per sale. A Rep. is expected to sell >25 Memberships per month. Many companies such as travel agents and hotel chains have several locations/offices, strategic approach is vital. Even at 20 Membership sales per month, a Level 2 Rep. makes 12600 EUR per year in commission for the Memberships alone, added to that will be commissions on banner sales plus of course, in 5 months or less the Rep. would reach Level 3 and the commission would have increased to 40% or 70 EUR per sale!
