They have now a new order management position in their Norwegian support team in Brussels.

Role: This position supports the sales team and processes, manages and completes the sales for the Norwegian market. Working as an integral part of the sales team you will be responsible for the order management, which is, sorting price inquiries, taking care of order status and deal with special requests.

Skills: The ideal candidate will need to have fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English. In addition you will possess 1-3 years of detailed customer service, sales order management, account management or similar business to business experience. This is a detailed and challenging support role that requires ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders, team members and customers in order to deliver the service at the desired level
