Description
*Respond to inbound, handle outbound calls and web inquiries from customers related to HP products and services
*Provide assistance to customer
*E-mail handling + written reply
*Update current customer information into the database.
*Treating on a daily basis incoming reports (Excel) and take appropriate action
*Develop relationships and maintain consistent communication with strategic partners
*Maintain appropriate level of HP processes & procedures knowledge
*General administrative duties
*Working hours: 8h00-18h00 local time from Monday till Friday. The exact working hours are depending off the language that you will be supporting.

*Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
*Service oriented, empathic and client friendly
*Excellent administrative skills
*Stress resilient
*Initiative taking, multi-tasking, strong time-management skills, able to prioritize
*Team player
*Flexibility : according to teams workload and languages knowledge possibility of working in another HP Lace team than the initial one
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook included)
*Language skills:
- Norwegian
-Also here is fluent in English required to follow the training.

After a period of 4 months, the temp contract will transfer in a premanent contract.
