Bilingual Dutch French Customer Service Executive. Belgium.

Company: Our client is a leading global technology provider specialized in the travel and tourism industry, thousands of travel agency and airlines around the world use their services. Its comprehensive data network and database, is among the largest of their kind in Europe. Currently they are looking for a bilingual French and Dutch speaker to join their Customer Service team in Belgium.
Role: As part of Dutch and French speaker Customer Service team, you will be in charge to answer customer calls, to solve their problems and to gather information. You will keep travel agencies updated about how to use their system and about new products. You will follow PNRs, request and complaints from Travel Agencies and providers.
Skills: You will be bilingual Dutch and French, with fluent English. You will have at least one year of customer service experience in the travel industry and you will have a good knowledge of MS-Office and GDS (global distribution systems) and CRS (computer reservations system). You will have a high level of education, preferably in tourism area.
