Analyst Programmer- French or Dutch

Abraxas is looking for an Analyst Programmer for a 12 months contract in Brussels.

Business experience:
Mandatory: - Minimum 3 years experience in Document Management and at least in one of the
following domains :
- Output Management
- Business Process Management (BPM)
Preferable: - Insurance
Technical experience:
Mandatory: - C# and ASP.net
Preferable: - Java
Functional experience:
Mandatory: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Object
Oriented programming & associated testing
- Ability to understand a functional design and
derive its technical impacts
- UML experience
- Object Oriented Analysis & Design
- Client/server environment (MF)
Preferable: - Notions of COBOL
- DB2 and SQL server
