FUNCTIONAL ANALYST

The candidate will be asked to fulfil the following tasks:

Support the software development process
- Investigate user requirements together with the client
- Translate these requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Creating UML diagrams for defining domain models
- Define information flows, processes, procedures and data objects
- Work via prescribed analysis methods and tools and apply data analysis and data modelling techniques
- Write functional documentation (screens, processes, use cases and scenarios)
- Test newly developed functionality

Support implementations for new clients
- Organise and execute process modelling and process mapping workshops
- Create training material and provide functional training to new users
- Manage implementations and coach small teams (2 to 4 people)
- Take the responsibility for achieving the due dates of the project milestones
- Report the project progress to the higher management and to the client
