CHANGE AND INTEGRATION MANAGER BENELUX & FRANCE
Function
You are responsible for regional & local communication processes & the behavioral and attitudinal change approach.
You facilitate gap analyses between 'current' and 'desired' site culture and provide tools, templates and recommended approaches. You also proactively spot & suggest specific change interventions.
You will monitor the engagement and commitment levels within the local Operating Units on an ongoing basis.
You actively participate in the change networks within & between regions to share learnings and transfer knowledge & experience.
You understand the processes, work flexibly with both the Global Team & the local staff.
You understand and work effectively with different cultures.
Profile
Proven track record of successful project management with a HR background
Capable of working across cultures
Excellent communication, influencing & networking skills
Prior work experience in operational sites is preferable
Fluency in English, knowledge of additional European language is an advantage.
