STORE MANAGER

The Store Manager ensures the achievement of sales target delivering the best possible customer experience and developing the best store team.

Key responsibilities include:
* Team management & Leadership : review staff working schedule, ensure team motivation, develop an autonomous and professional team
* Brand Image : ensure arrangement and display throughout the store complies with brand image
* Human Resources : ensure proper staff integration and training, handle day-to-day staff interaction and motivation
* Be the ambassador of the brand and ensure the stores operational excellence according to company standards
* Ensure client satisfaction and define appropriate CRM policy
