Offshore Marketing Director – Bermuda – Offshore

True global player in the provision specialised offshore legal, fiduciary and administration services is urgently seeking a new Marketing Director for its Bermuda office.

As the Marketing Director you will play an integral role in expanding the companies’ business base by providing central organization, assistance and management to the marketing structure, and by bringing expertise, efficiency and accountability to the marketing process. With the marketing team reporting you directly, you will be responsible for leading all marketing - including advertising, business development, public relations and media contacts and ad-hoc initiatives. You will set the agenda for the core development and implementation of new marketing plans for the professional practice groups and teams. Coupled with this you are expected to assist the affiliated fiduciary and administration services companies with their marketing campaigns. You will also be charged with creating market research material, public and community relations, external marketing communications and internal communications.

To be considered for this business critical and well paid marketing job you must have a minimum of ten years marketing experience, preferably in a law firm. You will have will have experience in most aspects of professional services marketing; particularly practice group planning, strategic planning and implementation, coaching individual lawyers and teams, budgeting, researching, and internal and external communications. Finally you must be persuasive, diplomatic and able to command and develop respect within the group.
