Clinical Operations Manager

As a result of rapid expansion a highly valued position of the Head of Clinical Operations has become available.

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Leading a team of clinical specialists you will manage the Clinical Operations Department and will be responsible for effective and timely delivery of Clinical Trials in the region. Defining project timelines, implementing enhancements to clinical system, supervision of budget, provision of training and active participation in Recourses Management will be a part of your duties. Together with coordination of contract negotiations, you will be involved in identification of project success factors for analysis, reporting and tracking purposes and will be reporting to the EU/Global Head of Clinical Operations.

Your profile

Degree in life science, pharma or/and medicine in clinical research. Demonstrated experience in coordinating of Clinical Studies/Trials and managing CRA teams. Strong PC skills with Microsoft Applications. Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills will be required to provide liaison at all levels internally and externally. Drive for success, results oriented mindset and ability to learn fast and work under pressure. Fluency in English and German is essential.
