CONTRACT: Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Onco / Cardio

A leading global Pharmaceutical company is expanding their clinical operations in Baltic States and is looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II / SCRA) to monitor their clinical research studies in Estonia.

Requirements:

- Life science degree (medical, paramedical, pharmacy, biochemistry field is preferred)
- At least 2.5 years experience as a Clinical Research Associate / Monitor in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Pharmaceutical company
- Good organizational skills with ability to work diligent, accurate and under pressure, alone or as part of a team
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Tools)
- Curiosity and willingness to improve skill set (self training)
- Good communication skills
- Prepared to travel locally and internationally (at least 50% of working time)
- Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken (Russian is a definate advantage)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Reporting directly to the CTL or MD
- Site selection and feasibilities
- Regulatory and ethics submissions
- Monitoring visits
- Study tracking and close-outs
