Our multinational client within the health industry is looking for a
temporary customer account specialist.

Job Purpose

Responsible for maintenance of Customer Accounts across the EMA region. Establishing robust processes for account changes in order to improve accuracy and minimise complaints.
Document all processes relating to customer account changes including market requirements. Drive compliance across the region in order to minimise risk to the business.
Improve the relationships and knowledge of business processes between customer supports and the local sales and marketing department.
Drive process improvements for New Accounts in order to ensure we maximise sales potential from the start.
To provide back up support for Customer pricing changes and technical complaints.

Customer account changes
Customer account maintenance
Testing in relation to customer account changes
Data integrity
New Accounts
Training of other members of the team in relation to customer account maintenance

Knowledge / Experience / Skills required

High degree of customer focus
Experience of SAP pricing applications
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain and Sales applications and principles.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
High level of accuracy & attention to details
Prioritization and allocation of workload
Sound administrative skills
