SUMMARY
The Business Analyst must be capable of working in multi-functional teams as the representative of the IS function. In this capacity, the Business Analyst will possess a detailed & in-depth understanding of the business operations both within the Sales function and cross functionally and the use of IT to gain competitive advantage.
This role will be focused on Europe area solutions development and deployment of Sales Transactional systems which support Customer Planning and InStore Execution processes.

* Experience of working within a multinational, or FMCG Company.
* Strong ability to review and identify issues and opportunities in business processes.
* Strong communication skills.
* The business language is English, therefore fluency in English is essential.
* Fluency in local language(s) advantageous.
* Exposure / working knowledge of ERP systems (J.D.Edwards preferred).
* Exposure / working knowledge of Siebel CRM systems is required.
* Involvement in technical and multi-functional teams.
* Experience in writing business feasibility reports and undertaking presentations.
