The TeleWeb Partner Representative will focus on New business revenue for our client across his/her assigned territory and a defined set of Reseller Partners who drive existing business in the local markets. The TeleWeb Partner Representativeis responsible for ensuring the ongoing management of a reseller partner with information needed to create and close revenue with our client's product and services. The role with that includes working with a revenue target but as well to manage, grow and support assigned reseller partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Reseller partners in an assigned territory to acquire, enable and generate new product revenue through resellers with end customers. Conducting sales interaction with such resellers via telephone or over the Web to manage pipeline and forecast.
- Working to dispatch and track assigned leads to reseller partners, through to the closure of a new business deal. Attainment of revenue quota for assigned partners.
- All responsibilities require understanding and articulating to the reseller partner the constantly evolving technology and its application to a customer's business problem.
- Contacting existing customers to create up sell/ cross sell opportunities to pass on to partners in the country.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience with IT sector for multilingual environment; conversant in English plus German.
- Substantial telephone and/or Web experience of selling solutions and services; experience in working with SI (solution integrator), SP (solution provider), VAD (Value Added Distributor), or other types of channel partner.
- Ability to understand evolving technology and its application to a customer's business problems or projects. Articulate in both verbal and written communication and capable of communicating at a senior management level.
- Customer focused; People orientated and delivers exceptional customer service; Sales oriented; Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills; solution selling; Ability to consult with customers on solutions.
- Team oriented; Ability to work well with both internal/external (partner) teams; good communication; Articulates professionally in both verbal and written communication.
- Self motivated; Works well on own initiative.
