Norwegian - Customer Service Roles

We are looking for Norwegian speakers with Customer Service Experience. We currently have several requirements for Norwegian speakers across the country.

Responsibilities:

- Taking inbound calls from customers and solving their issues meeting strict deadlines
- Being the primary contact for customers and escalating calls to relevant people or departments
- Handling calls and dealing with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for customers
- Maintaining accurate database information

Skills required:

- Fluency in English and Norwegian
- 6 months experience in a Customer Facing role is an advantage
- Strong administration and communication skills
