Japanese speaking Customer Service Representative

The role is to provide email, phone and Live Chat support for all members for all brands. The Member Support Department is the first line of contact for our members and therefore essential in promoting and representing our Company in the most professional and personal manner possible. This, in turn, ensures the satisfaction of customers which contributes to us being the best Casino & Poker room in the world.

You may also be required to support our B2B partners.

We are currently looking for, a Japanese Customer Service Representative who must be also fluent in oral & written English to a professional level. Knowledge of Poker & Casino Games would be an advantage, although extensive Training will be given.

On occasions you may also be required to assist other departments (e.g translations) to enhance communications and operations between our members and our organisation.

Technical Skills Required:

Good Computer skills, especially MS Office programs

Key Performance Indicators

Ensure queries and complaints from members are dealt with and resolved in a special time frame. Provide support via Live chat as maybe required Provide support via the phone as may be required. Bilingual reps will answer phone calls of the language they support as priority

Able to easily relocate (if applicable)

Hours of work:
40 hours weekly with paid lunch hours. 24/7 shift based system
