Global fund managers based in Luxembourg is looking to add an experienced company secretary to its fund administration team. If you are looking for company secretary or company management jobs in Luxembourg this could be for you.
Your core duties will involve co-ordinating and setting up of investment entities in many different global markets. This involves co-ordinating the process and arranging document relevant to the jurisdiction in which it is domiciled in. Common tasks include maintenance of company information summaries, directors’ registers, authorised signatories lists, share registers. You will also need to provide general company secretarial support for Luxembourg entities (board meetings, minutes, proxies, circular resolutions, AGMs, EGMs, liquidations).
You will need to be fluent in either English or French, with the ability to converse to a high level in both a major advantage. It is expected you will have at least two to three years experience in company secretarial or company management roles.
