Settlement Supervisor

A great opportunity within an international Bank

Your responsibilities:

- You are responsible for 2 or 3 member of staff;

- Check and authorise payment input;

- Prepare KPI figures, supervision and training of staff;

- In charge of distribution run, escalation point for settlement and dividend queries;

- Ensure payments and queries are done on time.

Your profile

- Fluent English, any other language would be a plus;

- Good communication and organisation skills;

- At least 3 years experience in settlement - payments with experience in customer service and query handling as well;

- At least 1 year experience of supervision role.
