About the company: Trust company with 3 other offices worldwide. Small sized team in Luxembourg, however they forecast continuous growth throughout 2009- 2010. Open minded team with short lines of communication to senior management.

About the job: The role of the Accountant is to provide assistance to the Chief Accountant. Due to an increase in workload, the Trust had decided to recruit someone who can provide General Client accounting with other various tasks including: consolidation, reporting (IFRS, Lux GAAP), and VAT returns.

Report to: Chief Accountant

Languages required: Fluency English and French (written, spoken, read)

Profile desired: The person who will best fit into this team will be someone preferably from a Big 4, who is now looking to join a small team. You will have the confidence and knowledge to take decisions when the Chief is away. You will be able to work independently and adhere to the philosophy of the Trust.

Education: University degree in Finance, preferably Accountancy with an excellent understanding of the Luxembourg Accounting standards. Accountancy qualification is a definite advantage.

Salary: €50 – 60k depending on experience
