French & English Trust Team Manager Luxembourg Offshore

This global trust and corporate services provider is urgently seeking a Trust Team Manager to work in its Luxembourg office.

The Trust Team Manager manages a specific trust team which executes trust and corporate services assignments for new or existing clients, and ensures realization of team objectives. Reporting to the EMEA director of trust you core duties will be to manage your team in an efficient and profitable manner, delivering highest service quality to the clients and strengthening commercial activities. To achieve you will be expected to to maintain and develop relations with clients, intermediary and (internal) specialists and also monitor and assist the Relationship Managers in dealing with their own client portfolio. You will be required to construct a yearly team plan and budget. Finally you can expect to act as authorized representative for your team's client companies, and actively participate to board and shareholders meetings.

To be considered for this well paid offshore trust job you will have at least three years of relevant working experience, on a managerial position within the trust and corporate services business. You will be in pocession of a university diploma or professional degree in economics, law or accounting. As Trust Team Manager you will have to be able to demonstrate knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, Luxembourg corporate taxation and international taxation in relation to Luxembourg corporate taxation. You will also have a sound understanding of compliance requirements, from within a trust environment. Lastly it would be beneficial if you have a good working knowledge of another language (Dutch, German, Italian).
