Dutch, French & English technical support in Luxembourg. Eur

Company: Our client is a European IT and business consulting company. Their European IT Support centre is based in Luxembourg and from there they provide support to clients in Europe and North America. New positions exist for a Dutch, French and English speaker Technical Support professional to join their European IT team supporting customers on software and hardware issues.

Role: As part of their Technical support team you will support customers on a variety of inbound IT related issues. You will be required to troubleshoot their IT queries providing an optimum service or escalate them for further resolution. You will take between 20-35 calls per day that will require you to solve customer queries on pc applications, hardware, software, and networking.

Skills: The ideal candidates will have 1+ year IT support experience in a range of hardware and software support roles, working knowledge of IBM AS/400 support is an asset. He / She will speak fluent Dutch, French and English. Candidates with a degree or certificate in computer studies and further training eg MCSE, MCP etc are preferred. You must have a strong knowledge in Microsoft OS and additionally in Networking and network security.
