ENGINEERS IN MECHANICS AND CHEMISTRY

Working within a team of specialists you will have to handle clients requests and propose appropriate solutions. Autonomous in your day-to-day work you will be more specifically in charge of the following tasks:

Technical advice and support
- Search prior art
- Assess the patentability of inventions
- Advise on the best way to get protection for inventions
- Draft and prosecute patent applications
- Provide technical support for preparation and/or presentation of clients files
- Give advice on any industrial property issues
- Answer clients requests

Legal role
- Search of case law relevant to intellectual property
- Inform clients of new legislations and relevant case law
- Provide legal and technical assistance for court cases (patents trademarks copyrights licenses)
- Answer official notifications in English French and German

Business development and clients portfolio management
- Support existing clients for negotiation or drafting of commercial agreements and/or partnerships (R&D)
- Develop clients portfolio by organizing seminars or events
- Check and manage potential delay and/or deadlines
- Prepare analyses reports articles and other communications in English French and German.
