The period can vary from 2 to 6 months.</strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><li>The processing and follow-up of sales orders, from input to deliver;y</li><li>The processing and follow-up of purchase orders for direct inbound shipment;</li><li>Ensuring that necessary transport and shipping is arranged, including relevant documents;</li><li>Invoicing of all sales orders and keep track of timely payments (via credit controller);</li><li>Communication with customers and other parties involved on delivery dates;</li><li>Providing excellent customer service to our customers, striving for customer delight.</li></ul><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"> </p><img src="https://beheer.ingoedebanen.nl/views/justlanded/4af4344dc3cf5/counter.gif" alt="" /><br /><br /><b>Requirements</b><br /><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><li>MBO-education</li><li>A minimum of 2 years working experience in an international customer service environment</li><li>Knowledge and operating experience of transport/logistics is preferred</li><li>Microsoft Office, <strong>Excel </strong>needs to be excellent</li><li>ERP software</li><li>Fluency in <strong>Spanish or French</strong> + English</li></ul><br /><br /><b>Salary indication</b><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">€ 1850 gross per month</p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">Travel costs will be reimbursed, but company prefers candidates who live close by.</p><br /><br /><b>Selection procedure</b><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply below.
