Uw verantwoordelijkheden The Customer Finance CF Program Director is the most senior level financial services position in EMEA. As such, the CF Program Director leads the development of sales finance strategies, division-level initiatives and field promotional programs that result in differentiation, value creation and growth. Tasks and responsibilities:As a member of the GSS-I CFO’s extended management team the CF Program Director is responsible for the development and achievement of strategic plans that increase business performance of the customer finance activities in EMEA. The CF Program Director leads the initiatives in:Development and management of the execution of customer finance plans and programs;Consistent execution of customer finance positioning, branding and differentiation strategies;Implementation of financing business processes and professional development programs to achieve excellence in internal controls;Leveraging programs and experiences;Building a strong competitive competence in customer finance that will measure up to key competitors. Strengthens the Asset management capability;Relationship management with key finance partners;Partner management Uw profiel Master degreeAt least 10 years of relevant and progressively responsible business experience in the financial function. Strong vendor, structured or commercial banking experience in a complex deal environment will be required to manage the daily requirements to manage and close financing transactions. Must be experienced structuring and arranging projects with commercial banks, export credit and multi-lateral agencies. Demonstrated success in working in complex organizations, preferably in Europe. Must be able to work across multiple functions and disciplines, train and mentor staff, and develop training programs for the sales and non-financial teams.Very strong organizational skills - leadership, management, process. Very strong communication skills Negotiator, persuasive, strong interpersonal skills. Creative, assertive, proactive. Strategic, but detail-oriented and hands-on. Conceptual, but practical. Results-oriented. Effective in cross-cultural situations"
