Manager Accounting France Shared Service Center:

Responsible for the daily operation of the French accounting department and business Unit for delivering the correct and timely output by the SSC.

Job Description

Main Tasks of the Manager Accounting France Shared Service Center:

• Management and over-all coordination over the Team leaders Accounting assigned to the manager.
• Safeguarding timely and correct delivery of the output as defined in the Service Level Agreements between the Shared Service Center and stakeholders for the accounting issues, such as periodical results, balance sheets, and analyses.
• Quality assurance in respect to the agreed Service level Agreements (accounting) for the business unit.
• Safeguarding compliance and consistency on Group Accounting principles.
• Pro active on improving and optimizing administrative processes, reports and systems usage.
• Documenting accounting and periodical processes and guidelines.
• Supportive in maintaining and improving the Administrative Organisation and Internal Control processes for the assigned business unit.
• First point of contact for the groups? central consolidation and reporting department as far as related to French entities
• Participating and Leading in various project teams.

Job Requirements

Specific requirements of the Manager Accounting France Shared Service Center:

• French in wording (fluent) and writing;
• Accustomed to the French ?culture?;
• Willing / flexible in travelling to France (couple of days / period);
• Team player.
