Danish customer support representative close to Eindhoven Eu

Company: Our client is a fast and dynamic distributor of consumer electronics. The whole sales process of their product take place online, so they can cut the costs of intermediaries offering the best prices to the final purchaser. They have offices around Europe and they are currently looking for a customer support representative to join their Danish team.

Role: The tasks in this role involves answering inbound customer calls and product queries over the phone, you will also help sorting out customers questions by e-mail and online chat. Your service will include giving advice to customer in the purchase phase, after-sales support and deal with possible complains.

Skills: The ideal candidate will be a native-level Danish speaker with excellent spoken and written level of English or Dutch. In addition you will need customer service, marketing and sales support or some sort of business-to-business experience dealing with corporate customers. He/She will have to demonstrate a genuine interest on electronic products. The candidate needs to have a good knowledge of MS Windows and preferably some knowledge of Navision.
