Finance Manager

Our client is a global organisation, looking to recruit a Finance Manager for their Head Quarters in Zurich.
This is a highly value adding position where you will strengthen the Finance Team.
Salary around CHF 150,000 depending on experience.

Required Skills:
Education in Finance (FH, University, etc.)
Minimum of 7 years experience, at least 2 years in similar position
Strong financial analysis knowledge, in-depth knowledge of financial statements (P&L, MCB, Cash Flow), and should be familiar with basic financial valuation modeling
The autonomy of the position requires a candidate with a very high level of decision quality, an ability to escalate in a timely and appropriate manner and a commitment to delivering high quality work
Ability to coach and develop direct reports, as well as other individuals in the team
Excellent English knowledge of any other European language is an asset
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally
Good working knowledge of PC applications (i.e. Excel/Access)
Comfortable in an international, multicultural environment

The Role:
Support Regional VP Marketing Medication Delivery and his team
Provide timely support for ad hoc questions that arise within the GBU and Region (for example, portfolio profitability analysis, product conversion requirement / value, product launches, pricing opportunities, etc)
Drive analysis and challenge for organic growth initiatives within GBUs (New Product Development, Geographical expansion, etc.)
Provide active operational support for key product launches (effective pricing strategies, clear country allocation of products, resource analysis, development of key product dashboards, tracking of performance versus Plan)
GBU Analysis & Support
Active business partner, providing insightful finance perspective in leadership meetings; performing the role of CFO for the business
Analyze and explain major variances, growth, risks, and opportunities by SBU for Actuals, Forecasts, Operating Plans and Long Range Plan
Drive P&L summary analysis for Medication Delivery Actual / Forecast / Plan reviews
Present MOR / QOR information to the Global Medication Delivery team
Deliver ad hoc requests from Regional Management, Global Medication Delivery, or Corporate
Pan-European Decision Support
Financial support on internal multi-country projects / evaluations
Business Development financial evaluations which can involve / support other GBUs
Regional portfolio funding evaluations
