British Customer Service Agent (CSA)

As a Customer Service Agent you will have to make sure that you answer as well as possible to the customers’ needs and inquiries such as helping them with technical issues. You will be providing a contact point for the company’s Retail and Wholesale customers working together with internal departments to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met according to World Class Customer Service Standards. You will be in contact with national and international clients and therefore will have to show excellent communication skills and great phone manners.
