German speaking Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a

German Speaking Customer Service Representative

Tasks:
Manage Order to Cash activities, from Customer Account Creation to Cash Collection for a German customers
Secure Country revenue by making sure orders are placed and released in due time, and that Customer Claims are properly handled
Manage the orders of the customer portfolio
Track orders and manage day to day communication with customers for all order management topics
Manages customer claims, returns and credit/debit notes
Communicate with the various functions of the company across the world

Requirements:
at least 1 year experience in Customer Relationship management in an international environment
Excellent GERMAN language knowledge, fluency in English
MS office skills with strong knowledge of MS Excel
Customer-oriented, pro-active and well organized person with ability to act quickly
Good communication & interpersonal skills
