Onze outbound telemarketing-agents worden special agents; getraind en geskilled in de psychologie van gesprekstechnieken en luistervaardigheden. Wordt een supercommunicator in Spanje en verdien minimaal 10 euro per uur!
Door het voeren van prettige uitgaande telefoongesprekken brengen wij kwalitatieve bezoekafspraken tot stand bij prospects. Het gaat om verkoopafspraken voor de accountmanagers van o.a. de grote telecommunicatie- en internetbedrijven, incassobureau's, werving- & selectiebureau's, CRM- en ERP-oplossingen, detacheringsbedrijven, subsidieadviesbureau's en financiële dienstverleners.

From 2001 - 2007 I worked in a takeaway shop as a normal staff member and worked my way to being the manager in less than a year. Besides from being the manager I was also the head chef. My responsibilities in doing both jobs were as follows.

Cooking to a high standard all off the time, and making sure that the food reaches the health and safety standards.
Being involved in the producers done by all the staff, to make sure that it is to the highest standard. This includes washing, preparation, hygiene of the shop and also the staff.
Training staff to an expectable standard of work, making sure that they are trained correctly in all areas including machinery and customer care.
Having an excellent relationship with staff and customers making sure that they have the best satisfaction / experience from our services
Being in control and planning of the staffs schedule and vacations and hiring the appropriate staff.
Knowing the positive and week areas of the business and trying to aim higher.
Keeping track of stock and ordering the correct amount.
Following up on any issues customers or staff may have and make sure they are resolved.
Being creative with the marketing and menu. Adverts in local newspapers and sponsoring local activities (sports, donations, etc).
Setting targets and goals for the staff with rewards when met.
Dealing with the paper work from bills, to accounting and budget control.
The most important aspect of this job is to be able to do all the above in a timely manner.

In 2008 I worked in Starbucks main branch in Jordan. My role and responsibilities where to handle cash and up sell products. Make sure the customers gets a warm, happy timely service.

After spending a few years away from the hotel industry I got an opportunity to work as a night housekeeping supervisor in the International Jerusalem hotel in Jordan. My job included managing the allocation of work for the housekeeping attendants.
