Pasta Production Manager / Pasta Plant Manager

The Position:
The Bustan Macaroni and Noodles plant is a brand new, world class facility which started operations in 2003 in Dubai, UAE, a world class city offering a very high standard of living and lifestlye in the Arabian Gulf.

The company is wholly owned by the Al Ghurair Group, one of the Middle East's leading business conglomerates and market leader in food manufacturing. Being the largest facility in the Middle East enables the company to cater to various pasta markets in not only the Middle East but also Africa and the subcontinent. Currently, BMN is the fifth largest manufacturer of pasta and noodles in the world.

As part of the company's continued growth and expansion, a new opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager / Head based at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. We are seeking an expert in manufacturing and someone with a credible track record of process improvement, cost reduction and output maximisation. In addition, you will have sound experience of quality management and training and development of a productive and efficient production team.

The Applicant:
The ideal candidate should have experience in Food Processing Technology (Pasta and noodle manufacturing a distinct advantage).
With 7 - 15 years work experience in in large scale corporation, preferably a market leader in its field.
Use of computer systems (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology. Post grad preferred.
