THE ROLE

My client is a famous global consumer products company.

The role of Trilingual Customer Service Executive - German AND French OR Spanish is to respond to consumer enquiries and questions on products either in writing (via email & correspondence) or through our free phone lines (B2C).

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Respond to & record consumer enquiries & questions raised through free phone lines for Austria, Germany, Ireland, Spain & UK
-Respond to & record consumer enquiries & questions raised through email or post for Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain & UK
-Accurate & timely processing of consumer orders for products, spare or replacement parts
-Timely review & processing of incoming post and product returns
-Support recruitment & administration of consumer product improvement trials
-Translate & input consumer feedback onto customer services database for Austria, Germany & Spain
-Conduct ad hoc market research surveys with consumers
-Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions & feedback on the customer services database
-Participate in face to face consumer product training & answering of queries through store visits or assistance at baby shows & fairs (in the UK)

REQUIREMENTS

-In a Customer Service environment (or similar consumer facing role).
-Fluency (written and verbal) in English, Spanish and German
-5 GCSE grade C, or equivalent.
-Excellent telephone manner and other customer care skills (good listening skills, patience, diplomacy, etc)
-Keyboard skills
-Good organiser
-Adaptability
-Flexibility
-Enquiring mind
-Ability to work independently

Specialist training: Training involves both programmed induction and developing performance on the job
