Candidate with 1-5 yrs of experience in cooking Indian and Continental Food, should have good knowledge of food production, storage, hygiene and efficient kitchen work-flow. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
Would be in charge of everything related to the kitchen, including kitchen staff management and business aspects. While the position requires extensive cooking experience and often involves actively cooking.
