Searching for native english nanny and housekeeper

Hallo,
We are searching for a nice and honest nanny for our sweet children.
We´re living in Neupurkersdorf and are looking
for a housekeeper and nanny who stays for at least until July for about 25-30 hours per week (Mo-Fr) and sometimes also weekend. In addition to that 2 times per month also overnight. We need you sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. If we need you one week some hours more, you get anohter week some days off, It should also be no problem for you to work sometimes also on saturday or sunday (but not very often).

When we leave our house for 2 or 3 days because of our work, you stay with the children alone in the house or maybe sometimes come with us. If you stay with the children the days in the house, you get also days off or we pay you for extra time.

We would like you to start working around beginn of November.

We offer you to stay in our flat in the 9th district in Vienna for free. The room in our office-flat is really nice. Your room (12m²) is just for yourself. The flat is used for our office, but there´s usually nobody in there-Just some stuff from our business around. There is a second room in the house. In this room there is a nice girl living until January.The other time there you will be alone in the whole flat (90m²). There is a nice kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and an extra toilet. Also we have a 20m² terrasse. The distance from the flat to the center of Vienna are 2 stations with the underground. You can also walk into the city or go with the bike.

From the room (flat) to our house you will need about 45-60 minutes (depending on the public transport times) drive and walk - walking distance from the train to our house is about 10 minutes.

So it´s really not too far. Just that you have to walk this small distance threw the forrest to our house. So you should really not be afraid of this ( also when it´s getting dark). But Vienna is very save - so our whole family also the kids are used to go this way.

If you stay overnight at our house, you have also a seperate room (a small guest room).

We need somebody who is able to take care of 3 kids together and do the household the same time. Therefore you should be very fast, self confident and flexible and you should have much experience in this work. We like our nanny to be a hard working person who has fun in this job and loves to be with our children.

The light houskeeping: doing the dishes, cleaning the kitchen, tidy up other rooms, collecting clothes, doing the laundry, ironing, hoover the floor, making the bed, taking the rubbish out,....

Our children are really nice - Our boy (now already 2) loves when you sing for him or play an instrument.Our small girl (3) is our sweet middle one. She loves climbing, nature, animals and dancing and is our special girl. She´s very attentive. Our big girl (7) is already in school. She´s very intelligent and can read already books which are for 10 years old kids. She loves dancing and Michael Jackson.

The room (flat) ist for free and lunch and/or dinner you can have with us or with the kids. Meals at your flat (when you have free time) you have to buy for yourself.

We can pay you 400€/month. We also buy you the card for the public transport for outside of Vienna (38€).

We do not pay you if you or we are on holiday. If you want money for the days you have off (maybe on christmas time or easter,....) we make time offset.
