Cost Estimation Engineer

The incumbent would be responsible for accurate cost estimation of all interior projects to be executed as well as preparing of bill of qualities based on approved site drawings. Sourcing of vendors, price negotiation, liaison with consultants / clients, monitoring site work, sub contactor management, etc are some other important job attributes.

Applicants should be aged around 25 years with a degree / diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture / Interior designing with 2 to 4 years experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying and project co-ordination of interior projects
