Translator required

I am a business development manager of an Indian trading company travelling to Belarus for business development for a month. For that I require a translator cum associate matching the following requirements:
1. Fluent in English, Belarusian and Russian
2. Fluent in English and Russian will also be considered
3. Age = between 20 and 30
4. Preferably a native of belarus and/or well-acquainted with the country.
