The Key Account Manager is the direct link with the customer. He/she reports to the National Account Manager and applies the defined commercial strategy to his/her portfolio.
The KAMs key responsabilities include :
* Translate the strategy into a specific sales plan to be implemented for each client;
* Ensure that KPIs are in line with forecasts and objectives for the entire range of products;
* Ensure successful annual negotiations with key clients;
* Develop and implement the promotional plan;
* Present new products to clients, considering references, space, availability and pricing.
