Senior Project Lead

Description:

Managing intranet projects from start to finish

Responsibilities:

- Business relationship building as being part of the Business Project Enablement team
- Accountability during delivery of the project
o Collecting & documenting business requirements
o Detailed project plan with timelines
o Manage the budget
o Be responsible for the complete set of documentation to deliver the project
o Be responsible for training the Business partners in sharepoint
o Be responsible for the communication during the project
- Leverage best practices across countries and regions
- Define governance for projects
- Be innovative when it come to business generation
- Initiate pilot projects
- Oversee with the core team the technical implementation to ensure business requirements are met.
- Fully yunderstand and leverage sharepoint capabilities to offer and present business solutions
- Closely work with the technology enablement team to deliver projects
- Coordinator between all parties involved, going from business to design to technology
- Report on KPIs to business owners after project go-live
- Regular update meetings with the business partners
- Provide proactive project updates to the IBS management

Technical Skills:

- Higher degree in informatics or high degree in Marketing/communications
- Experience in sharepoint solution offerings and capabilities
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a team member in managing projects, preference for web projects in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communications skills and experience are required
- Position based out of Belgium, but would require travel to Client's facilities, including international travel
