Independent Coordinators Needed

Latitude Study Abroad is hiring Independent Coordinators to recruit youth for it’s study abroad and community development internship programs in Nicaragua. These are freelance, commission-based positions, with a possible transition to a salaried position in the near future for top performers.

Independent Coordinators actively recruit youth interested in participating in a high school study abroad or post-high school community development internship program in Nicaragua. Coordinators may recruit through any legal and appropriate means, including placing classified ads online and in print, distributing posters and/or brochures, hosting open information sessions, participating in local education fairs, etc.

Independent Coordinators have the potential to earn part time or full time income, and are completely in control of their own working hours. (A Coordinator enrolling 4 participants in one month will receive a minimum of $1420 CAD and a maximum of $3220 CAD, depending on the program and the dates of enrolment.) Coordinators also receive commission on all completed applications and entries into our Neon Dude contest, regardless of whether or not the participant enrols. There is no limit to the number of participants you may enrol and there are no geographical boundaries.
