INVENTORY SPECIALIST (M/F)

As member of the logistic department you are in charge of managing the overall material availability in order to respect the production process and delays. You optimize the input flow by focusing on contract management expectations, material replenishment, inventory accuracy and inventory optimization. You report directly to the Logistics Resource Planning Manager.

You are responsible for:
- leading the progress on material availability of customer’s order
- giving orders at suppliers according to Material Requirement Planning (Respecting specific customers requirements if necessary)
- Checking that delivery expectations were respected and initiating periodic supplier evaluations in cooperation with the Procurement Department.
- Researching inventory variances and troubleshoot root causes to prevent reoccurrence
- Analyzing inventory trends and proposing corrective actions to align with business targets.
You work within limits of established procedures and ensure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.
