EUROPEAN DIRECTOR OF EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT

A newly created role heading up Executive Development for the organisation across Europe, this is a wonderful opportunity to work at a senior level with the Executive and High Potential population across the business. Reporting to the HR Director the successful candidate will create a leading edge vision and strategy for Executive Development across Europe. They will coach and guide the Executive population to develop them in their current role and to prepare them for progression within the company. They will facilitate the talent management and succession planning process across Europe, working closely with the Senior HR team to develop a talent pool. They will oversee the internal assessment and resourcing process and encourage greater movement of individuals across Europe.
